    1. A person who has committed at least two acts of racketeering activity within a three month period, if such acts are related to an enterprise;
    2. A person who has received any income derived, directly or indirectly, from a pattern of racketeering activity or through collection of an unlawful debt;
    3. A person who acquires or maintains an interest in, or control of, an enterprise through the pattern of racketeering activity;
    4. A person who conducts or participates in the affairs of an enterprise through the pattern of racketeering activity

    Racketeering is a Federal Offense, punished by Imprisonment for 120 minutes

    “racketeering activity” means any act or threat involving murder, kidnapping, gambling, arson, robbery, bribery, extortion, dealing in obscene matter, or dealing in a controlled substance or listed chemical, which is chargeable under State law.

    “enterprise” includes any individual, partnership, corporation, association, or other legal entity, and any union or group of individuals associated in fact although not a legal entity;
