    1. A person who develops, produces, otherwise acquires, transfers directly or indirectly, receives, stockpiles, retains, owns, possesses, or uses, or threatens to use, any chemical, nuclear, biological or radiological weapon; or
    2. A person who assists or induces, in any way, any person to violate paragraph (1), or attempts or conspires to violate paragraph (1).

    Posession, use or threat of a chemical weapon is a Federal Offense, punished by Imprisonment for 90 minutes
