- A person who being a government employee or public official searches any private dwelling used and occupied as such dwelling without a warrant directing such search, or maliciously and without lawful cause searches any other building, person or property without a search warrant.
Searches without warrant is a Federal Offense, punished by Imprisonment for 30 minutes
