- A person who utters any obscene, indecent, or profane language by means of radio communication; or
- A person who utters any obscene, indecent, or profane content by means of public (over-the-air) television or news broadcast.
Broadcasting obscene language is a Federal Offense, punished by Imprisonment for 15 minutes
